This is my story

How did you end up at Trinamics?
The previous Recruiter Operations, who was also an acquaintance of mine, had found a new challenge. This made it the perfect opportunity for me to leave the healthcare sector and start working as a Recruiter. A position that I have aspired to for years!

What was your first impression during your induction period?
Trinamics immediately struck me as a friendly group of young people, who are always there for each other and with a lot of energy. A chat about the performances of Ajax and PSV is also popular with many and that suits me. I also noticed that people are working very hard in employment mediation. This took some switching for me, but you quickly get used to it because you are taken along by all your colleagues.

What exactly does your work entail?
As a Recruiter in the Operations department, I mainly try to ensure that the right candidates mainly come to me, instead of the other way around. This can be done by posting vacancies on websites that are appealing, but also through connections of candidates I speak to. When I have a good candidate in mediation, all the focus is on offering this person to as many companies as possible for positions in which a person is interested. Furthermore, nowadays I have such an employee base that I regularly have evaluation meetings with them about the project they are working on at the client.

How have you been able to develop yourself within Trinamics?
The Recruiter position was new to me, which meant that it took me a while to give the position the best possible interpretation. This has been done step by step. Now I can say with my head held high that I can work quite independently to achieve the desired results.

I have the feeling that my employees are at work and that I have been able to realize new placements or conversations with the client.
