Technical Support Engineer High Tech Trouble Shooting

In Eindhoven, the Netherlands, at one of our high tech companies in the semiconductor, we are looking for a Technical Support Engineer.

As a Technical Support Engineer you are pro-active, analytical and you like to work in a innovative team. We manufacturing introduces, produces and delivers leading edge lithographic systems, related products and services in a continuously changing market. We focus on time, costs and expectations of our clients. In this role we provide quality solutions for complex technical disturbances. With a analytical approach we solve every problem, and we look for improvement when possible. Since we work closely to the machine some hands-on experience is always helpful.

The main responsibilities are:

• Provide technical support to the machines.
• Point out structural problems toward the process improvement engineers how to solve them
• Gain detailed knowledge regarding the machine
• Plan the analysis and solutions of problems including consequences

• Bachelor or Master degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Physics Engineering or Aerospace Engineering
• No experience needed
• EU passport due leadtimes and travel restricions
• Experience or proven affinity with trouble shooting, problem solving, analytical mindset and process improvement
• This is a role in 2 shifts, not a dayshift
