As a Production Engineer, your role encompasses two primary domains. Firstly, you will usher in new products to the pilot factory by scrutinizing designs, participating in risk assessments, and validating production processes during the initial phase. Your primary objective will be to proactively prevent issues and ensure top-tier quality. Secondly, you will actively contribute to system upgrades and refurbishments.

• Identify and rectify structural issues while supporting the development of new products and enhancing cost-effectiveness.
• Conduct test sequences on the initial pilot systems.
• Evaluate the production process, pinpoint recurring problems, suggest improvements, and collaborate with diverse teams.
• Promptly address intricate faults, demonstrating initiative and making pragmatic decisions.
• Coordinate enhancements in material quality for new components.
• Devise refurbishment plans based on audit findings.

• Bachelor's degree in (Applied) Physics, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field is mandatory.

• 0 to 3 years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in Lean Manufacturing principles is a plus.
• Familiarity with Technical Production Engineering, statistical process control, and FMEA is advantageous.

• Monthly salary range: €3,000.00 - €3,500.00.
