In this role, you will be immersed in a world of intricate processes, where you'll acquire and impart knowledge about our current and innovative products, materials, processes, applications, nd safety protocols to operators, ensuring the flawless execution of their tasks. As a technical luminary within the department, you'll actively champion research and the implementation of groundbreaking processes.

• Acquire and share comprehensive knowledge of our products, materials, processes, applications, and safety protocols with operators to ensure precise task execution.
• Act as a technical leader in your department, driving research and the implementation of pioneering processes.
• Optimize the utilization of process materials and equipment, proposing necessary modifications for efficiency.
• Collaborate closely with Equipment Support and Team Leaders to schedule and oversee preventive maintenance activities.
• Maintain meticulous records of technical execution agreements and consistently update process flows and recipes.
• Lead the introduction of innovative processes in collaboration with Process Engineers and Team Leaders.

• Hold a Technical Bachelor's degree.

• Possess 0-4 years of relevant work experience in the Semiconductor Industry or Photolithography industry, or equivalent positions.
• Strong communication skills are essential.
• A demonstrated willingness to actively engage in process improvement initiatives.
• While not mandatory, prior knowledge of wafer processing and metrology would be advantageous.
