Mechatronics System Engineer Robotics

In Eindhoven and the east of the Netherlands, at some of our high tech companies, we are looking for an Mechatronics System Engineer.

Do you have a Mechatronics or Robotics background? Do you have knowledge on sensors, measurements and python? This is the role you are looking for!

As a Mechatronic System Engineer Robotics you are responsible to specify, design and deliver system functions. For example a store unit, or electron beam lens. You are in charge of your function, complex mechanical assemblies and/or fully integrated systems; from design, production, assembly and perform the testing. Important aspects are manufacturability, cost, reliability and technical performance. You will perform trade-off studies and set direction to determine the preferred implementation scenario for the realization. You review the designs of your colleagues. During the project you act as an owner of your modules.

• Bachelor or Master degree in Mechatronics Engineering or Robitics
• Preferably 2 year of experience
• Sensor and robotics knowledge is a must
• Experience with precision machinery, contamination control, vacuum
• CPD: Documentation of new product(s). Reviewing existing CPD’s, understanding how the software works and is written
• Measurement and control, Python knowledge
• Application Based Software, no need to code, but understanding what the software is supposed to do
• Knowledge in precision Mechanics, Materials and Measurement
• Knowledge in improving accuracy in micro and nano meters
