HANA Developer

Our client leads the worldwide development, production and sales of high-end lithography systems for the semiconductor industry. In short, we make the machines that make computer chips, or integrated circuits. We build some of the most amazing, complex machines that you will ever see – and the software to run them – to develop smaller, faster and still more affordable chips. It is because of our machines that the world’s technology has steadily evolved.

This role is situated in the Big Data Analytics (BDA) Domain, specifically in Corporate Analytics. Our teams have a strong focus on delivering business value for our stakeholders. Currently the ASML IT department (including BDA) is in an Agile Transformation, in which SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework 5.0) will be implemented.

As Hana developer your main task is to analyze, design and implement our DIA’s, realizing our product backlog as defined by one of our Product Owners. Part of this realization included designing and implementing automated tests (unit- and integration levels) and troubleshooting to solve integration issues (through testing and customer reports).

In your daily activities you will be closely aligned with your peer engineers/developers and our solution architects to ensure the quality of both your own deliverables and the team deliverables. You closely with the other teams to ensure consistent implementation of the architecture, seeking continuous agreement for the delivered work. Through continuous alignment we are able to think of innovative technical solutions, you’re challenged to contribute to our success!

We are looking for a developer who takes pride for his or hers work and naturally takes ownership of the built content. The techniques used above hold no secret to you, you’re an expert and take pride in your development work delivered. 

• Bachelors or master’s degree 
• Fluent in English
