Introductie

As an Electrical Industrialization Engineer, you oversee the specification, integration, and validation of all industrial engineering elements of new products to guarantee their smooth manufacture by the company.

Functieomschrijving

  • During the co-design phase, ensure representation of both Manufacturing and Service organizations and implement their operational requirements in the design.
  • Ensure smooth new product introduction for both factory and field operations.
  • Address structural improvements and provide feedback to the development team.
  • Review the technical documentation of the multidisciplinary team.
  • Establish documentation, spare parts, and tooling standards for the global service organization.
  • Serve as an expert in analyzing complex problems both at the factory and at customer locations.
  • Facilitate knowledge transfer from development to operational sectors and to local service teams.
  • Aim to minimize operational costs for high-volume products.
  • Analyze global product performance and identify areas for co-design improvement.

Wat verwachten we van jou?

  • Bachelor or master's degree in Mechatronics or Electro-Mechanics, Electrical or Electronics Engineering.
  • Experience with NPI
