Introductie

As an Agile Coach, your role will be critical in ensuring that teams and leaders are aligned with the Agile principles and practices. Your responsibilities will include coaching on the ART (Agile Release Train) level, which involves facilitating the planning, execution, and delivery of value streams across multiple teams. On the team level, you will work closely with individual teams to help them improve their Agile practices and deliver end-to-end value to customers. This includes coaching team members on Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.

Wat verwachten we van jou?

Education:

  • Bachelor or master degree. 

Experience:

  • 5+ years’ experience in (Agile) coaching on team and ART level including ART stakeholders. 
  • Knowledge of / experience in building High Performing Teams. 
  • Recognized authority, seniority & deep knowledge on Agile (SAFe, Scrum, Lean principles).
  • Able to adapt quickly to our client's context.
  • Proven track record of accomplishment of teaching, coaching and mentoring Agile Release Trains, Agile teams and individual leaders
