Introductie

Because of the fast growth of a cliënt we are looking for a Manager Test & Measurement. Do you have a minimum of 3 years of experience as a Manager or Lead Engineer? Are you the one who have solid experience in testing and measuring electrical and/or photonic chips, bars & wafers?

Functieomschrijving

As a Manager Test & Measurement you are responsible to test the output of our production. Both on wafer, bar and die level (Hardware testing), to secure a high quality delivery towards our customers.

  • Managing the team (4 engineers and 2 technicians) to do their daily tasks and setting priority
  • You are responsible for planning and coordination
  • Development of a long-term strategy
  • Hiring Manager for open positions in the future to grow your own team
  • Purchase of SW and new tools
  • Participate in cross sectorial projects and alignment between other departments

Wat verwachten we van jou?

  • Solid experience in testing and measuring electrical and/or photonic chips, bars & wafers
  • Experience and interest in managing a team
  • MSc or PhD in Physics or Electronics
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience as Manager or Lead Engineer in the semiconductor industry
  • Understanding of hardware WAFER test and characterisation methods
  • Strong presentation and communication skills
  • Knowledge in Cadence, Synopsys and/or Klayout is a big plus
