Introductie

The Functional Application Manager (FAM) has a thorough understanding of the business processes landscape relating to all Connected Services and how these are supported by the IT-systems. They are part of the customer support model and the second line of support for the business regarding the functionality of the systems in a specific domain.

The FAM is part of one of the Agile Teams that work on new developments and/or configurations to support the roll-out and/or enhancements to the systems.

They work closely together with (key) users, information analysts, developers, cross-divisional functional application managers and project managers, some of them in the role of product owner or scrum master.

They enthusiastically and proactively promote the correct use of the systems and makes sure procedures and user manuals are correctly documented and maintained.

Functieomschrijving

Incident management and handling service requests related to our software platform and/or applications will be a part of your tasks

Perform impact analysis on and solve issues (2nd line), monitor and reconciliation of the daily production flow

Supports Internal and Sox Audits

Responsible for the life cycle management of one or more applications (testing, deployment and maintenance)

As our platform and applications are continuously changing your tasks concerning change management will be, specifying changes, monitoring and timely development of these changes. In corporation with the tester coordinating and making sure all appropriate tests are performed

Communication with internal and external stakeholders about incidents, service requests, changes and projects as part of your coordinating task on maintaining the Service Level agreements

Writing of procedures and documentation

Wat verwachten we van jou?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Management, Computer
  • Science, Business Administration or related field
  • Work experience: minimum 2-5 years
  • Capability to understand, describe and analyse complex business processes
  • Highly analytical skills and pays attention to detail
  • Knowledge on or experience with Agile, Scrum, DevOps is considered as an advantage
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong desire to drive processes innovation where possible
  • Fluent in spoken and written English and Dutch language preferred
  • Team player and able to work closely with developers and end users
