Introductie

For our great client in Eindhoven, we are looking for a Electro-Optical Engineer. Our client is developing sensor hardware and software design and new sensor fusion concepts. They do this by developing really realistic Physics Based Simulations.

Functieomschrijving

Our client is working on the development of ADAS (autonomous driving assistance systems)  systems for the automotive industry. They are developing physics based simulations which are really accurate. Since the market does not provide such advanced simulation packages, they are developing their own. A team of engineers with backgrounds in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics and Electronics are working closely together in an R&D environment to continuously improve the markets technical know-how. As a Electro-Optical Engineer, you will work on:

  •  Model sensors hardware components and physics occurring, involves the travelling medium and target responses too
  •  Do scientific programming: embed the models made onto a GPU based calculation engine
  •  Assist in the verification and validation of the models made

Wat verwachten we van jou?

  • You have a BSc, MSc or PhD in Electronics or Physics
  • Experience with Python
  • Experience with C++, CUDA or nVIDIA OptiX is a big plus
  • You have 1-3 years of working experience
  • Good command of the English language, command of the Dutch language is a big plus
