Technical Support Engineer

Join one of Europe's leading defense programs, NH90 Helicopter, with a presence in multiple countries across the globe. As a member of our Technical Support Team, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the airworthiness and maintenance of this remarkable aircraft.

Role Overview:

As a Technical Support Engineer, you'll be the go-to expert for NH90 helicopter operators, assisting them with technical inquiries and coordinating solutions. Your responsibilities include:

• Responding to technical queries and ensuring the suitability of solutions for different helicopter variants.
• Collaborating with Sustaining Engineers to create Repair Design Approval Sheets (RDAS).
• Engaging with various stakeholders, including Program Management and NH90 Partner Companies.
• Constantly improving NH90 products, services, and technical support processes.
• Supporting the NH90 Product Support Manager & Service Bulletin Focal Point.
• Reporting and archiving your work.

Qualifications:

• An intermediate/higher vocational education level (Bachelor) or equivalent technical experience, preferably in Mechanical/Aerospace.
• Hands-on experience in MRO or mechanical assembly, or both.
• 1-3 years of experience in technical customer support, ideally in Aerospace or Defense.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, customer-oriented mindset.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to build sustainable relations in an international environment.
• The ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

• A competitive gross monthly salary ranging from €3,081 to €4,150 (junior/medior level), based on your knowledge and experience.
• 8,33% holiday allowance.
