UX Designer

We are one of the most innovative companies located within the Netherlands. Due to growth we are looking for a UX designer who can share his/her knowledge with the team!

For the department that is responsible for User Experience we are looking for a UX Designer with a few years of experience. As an UX Designer you are responsible for designing and validating the graphical user interfaces of software programs. You will be challenged in your job to apply a good user centered design process in an Agile software environment. UX is something which is your passion! You will help to run user research studies and define workflows in close collaboration with other UX designers, product architects, developers, customer service and development and engineering (D&E).

Deliverables and activities:

• Wireframes
• Interactive prototypes
• Design specifications
• Final assets
• Use case development
• Conduct and report user research results
• Stakeholder management

• Master or PhD
• 3+ years of relevant design experience.
• Excellent data visualization skills and conceptual thinking.
• Please attach your portfolio that shows your work and the thought process behind it.
• Extensive experience with prototyping and design tools like Figma, Sketch, Axure.
• Experience with responsive design, enterprise software design, web technologies and working in a similar environment
• Experience in an agile environment is a plus.
• Experience with Photoshop and Illustrator could be useful
• Pro-active and willing to take initiative
• Strong communicator
• Real team player
• Good knowledge of English
