Test Specialist Engine Testing

We're looking for an highly experienced Engine Test Engineer with hands-on experience and detailed knowledge of thermodynamics, combustion and emission!

• Development of measurement methodologies for engine testing in close cooperation with internal and external development partners.
• You support engine test groups as part of a team of specialists
• You align existing data analysis & reporting tools with legislative requirements
• You Ddevelop and improve data management, mining, analysis & reporting methodologies.
• You develop and automate instrument calibration procedures and equipment.
• You support model based testing methodology and realization.
• You will collaborate in project teams.

• You have an Masters degree in Machanical Engineering or Mechatronica.
• You have detailed knowledge in the field of thermodynamics, combustion, emissions, statistics and instrumentation.
• You have detailed knowledge and hands-on experience with Matlab programming.
• You have 6 to 10 years of experience on HD truck engines, at least 3 years of experience of diesel engine application/emission measurement
• You have a structured working approach combined with pleasure to work in multidisciplinary teams. 
• You are enthusiastic to deal with complex engine-, measurement-, and software matters. 
• You are a confident and convincing professional with excellent communication skills, capable of working in an independent and proactive way. 
• You are fluent in English, preferably also in German and you are willing to learn Dutch.
