Business Analyst Marketing Services

Your first responsibility as Business Analyst is data analysis and KPI reporting for the Marketing Services team with a focus on eCommerce. This includes analyzing and reporting on customer and sales data and the use of various tools used in the dealer network. You will support the Marketing Communications team in analyzing results of marketing campaigns and setting KPI’s for new programs. You will also inspire the Marketing Services team to become more data driven.

As a Business Analyst in Marketing Services, you will report to the Manager of eCommerce & Dealer Support Tools and be responsible for:

• Defining and reporting on KPIs for the eCommerce and Dealer Support Tools team.
• Creating user-friendly dashboards to drive sales efforts for eCommerce, benefiting the team, Sales Units, and dealers.
• Developing dashboards and reports to enhance the effectiveness of other dealer support tools, while identifying opportunities for new tools and campaigns.
• Implementing a methodology to measure the results of marketing communication and lead generation campaigns, focusing on increasing customer loyalty and product sales.
• Inspiring the Marketing Services team to embrace a data-driven approach in their work.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in an analytical role within a fast-paced business environment.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Proficiency in SQL, Microsoft Access, and VBA is required.
• Preferred additional experience in Python and PowerBI.
• Ambitious and proactive with a demonstrated ability to work independently.
• Self-motivated and hands-on approach.
• Persistent and results-oriented mindset.
• Excellent communication skills in both Dutch and English.
