Introduction

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Service Technician I to join our team. As a Service Technician I, you will play a vital role in the control and electrical field, providing support and expertise in maintaining and optimizing systems. You will have the opportunity to work independently and contribute to the success of our 3rd line organization.

Job description

  • Corrective Maintenance: Troubleshoot and repair system malfunctions.
  • Preventive Maintenance/Inspections: Conduct thorough inspections and maintenance tasks.
  • Mechanical Skills: Read drawings and perform mechanical work.
  • Electrical Skills: Diagnose malfunctions and replace electrical parts.
  • Control Technology and System Knowledge: Apply advanced knowledge in troubleshooting and system optimization.
  • Remedying Complex Disruptions: Analyze and resolve complex issues.
  • Providing Internal Training: Share knowledge and provide guidance to colleagues.
  • System Optimization and Improvement Projects: Identify bottlenecks and propose effective improvements.
  • Administration & Reporting: Maintain accurate records and reports.
  • Communication: Engage in effective written and oral communication.
  • Attitude and Behavior: Uphold core values, take initiative, and prioritize safety.

What do we expect from you?

  • Minimum 2 years of material handling experience

  • Working knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems

  • Basic knowledge of controls (PLC, PC) systems
