Project Lead Operations

This position will report to Manager Build and work alongside a partner and 3 team leaders. Functionally manages and engages product engineers, First Line support and development representatives.

• Implement "world-class" efficient and effective manufacturing process implementation and execution;
• Ensuring "volume release" of a very critical but not yet mature product.
• Development projects on topics such as cycle time, quality and cost
• Drive LEAN action plan
• Facilitate Kaizen and VSM events
• Coaching Workcenter teams in the shop for continuous improvement

Characteristics of projects:

• Short and medium term
• Relatively medium impact
• Various departments involved

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in mechatronics, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering or similar technical field
• Experience in business management, change management, organizational research and production management
• Sufficient English language skills in speaking, writing and reading are essential.
