Junior Production Engineer

As a Production Engineer, your primary role will be to guarantee the utmost quality of intricate products through the design, upkeep, adjustment, and enhancement of production processes. • Provide technical support and troubleshoot technical issues
• Prevent and mitigate technical disturbances
• Prepare work materials, including instructions, flow charts, tools, and parameters
• Continuously analyze production processes
• Identify issues and suggest improvements

• A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Electronics, Applied Physics, or a related field is required.
• Previous experience in high-tech production with intricate processes is desirable.
• Experience in Technical Production Engineering, familiarity with quality methodologies such as SPC (Statistical Process Control) and FMEA (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis), as well as working with (semi-) automated production lines, is advantageous.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills are necessary for effective collaboration with other departments.
• Proficiency in English is a requirement, and additional language skills are considered beneficial.
