Agile Transformation Coach Mechanical Development € 5200 - € 6700

Are you challenged by coaching and leading a team through the AGILE/scrum/SAFe way of working and would you like to work in a high-tech environment? For this role, we are looking for an experienced Scrum Master or Agile Coach who has been through all transformation stages. Since you'll be part of the Machine Conditioning cluster, we are looking for someone who has recent experience or affinity with hardware. As a Scrum Master, your role involves guiding and mentoring a group of technical professionals. A typical day in your position might involve the following activities:

• Conducting the Scrum meeting with your team of engineers, who possess diverse areas of expertise, to ensure they are aligned with the short-term plan.
• Collaborating closely with the Product Owner to establish priorities and plan accordingly.
• Receiving communication from the Release Train Engineer regarding the upcoming Agile Release Train and incorporating your team's input into the process.

Furthermore, your main responsibilities are:

• Coach team members
• Identify and eliminate impediments that hinder the team's progress
• Facilitate a product development team in executing their work within an Agile/Scrum environment.
• Establish mechanisms to gain visibility into team velocity and collaborate with Product Owners to enhance planning and tracking processes.
• Collaborate with other Scrum Masters to improve the overall performance of the Agile Release Train.

• SAFe SSM, SAFe SASM or CSM certificate
• Proven experience in coaching and leading a team, we are looking for a People Manager
• Experience in a product development environment
• Master degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineer or related
• Recent experience or affinity with Hardware
