System Install Coördinator (Multiple Positions)

Our company is one of the most innovative companies in the region of Eindhoven. We develop high-tech system which we install all over the world. For the department, responsible for the build to the installation on location, we are looking for several System Install Coordinators!

As a System Install Coordinator you are responsible for coordinating the installations of the High-Tech Systems. You are going to prepare the installation and make sure you are up to date about the whole process.

• Helicopter view of the installation process
• Manage escalations on sire and make sure the customer is happy
• Manage technical support and troubleshooting
• Focus on the product life cycle and budgets but also remain quality
• Continues improvement, technical knowledge

• Bachelor or Master in Electronics, mechanics or equivalent
• At least one year of experience
• Project management and leading a team of qualified install engineers
• Customer relationship and troubleshooting
• Experienced in a high tech environment is a pré
• Must live within the Netherlands
• Pro-active, self-starter, decisive, takes ownership.
• Strong communicator with a pragmatic attitude.
• Real team player with quality orientation.
• Good knowledge of English
