Vacancy details

Discipline: Automotive
Education: Senior
Area: Eindhoven
Vacancy ID: 12663

Introduction

Your role is to work collaboratively with your colleagues to safeguard our organization against digital threats. As a department, PACCAR must comply with the forthcoming UN-ECU cybersecurity regulations R155 and R156, which demand high security standards for our trucks, related services, and all relevant processes throughout the trucks' economic lifespan. Compliance will be evaluated by official authorities as part of the truck's type approval process. The enterprise IT infrastructure has a simple configuration consisting of endpoints, network, servers, gateway, and perimeter devices. However, the mobility aspect requires a more complex infrastructure that includes command and control telematics servers, moving vehicles, cloud layers, sensors, mobile apps, and other components, which make it challenging to manage and monitor. To support the organization's growing professionalization, it’s required to have a Vehicle Security Operations Center (VSOC) Cyber Security Expert. With your extensive VSOC experience, you will be a vital team member responsible for daily VSOC processes, and you will also take on a leadership and advisory role in further developing these processes.
