Project Manager Engine Development

PACCAR Global Engines Development team is seeking candidates proficient in Project Management. Role involves supporting Project Manager in executing development projects within QTCP constraints

• Responsibilities include organizing, planning, executing, monitoring, and adjusting project(s)
• Other key tasks include establishing project budgets, reporting on QCTP aspects of project(s), coordinating deliverables, and developing methods/tools for project management organization

• Ideal candidate possesses University or Higher Education Degree in Business Administration, Business Economics, or Technology
• Candidate should have at least 5-10 years of professional experience, including 3 years in a comparable role in a technical project environment
• Familiarity with PMBoK, Automotive SPICE, development processes at DAF, and (automotive) suppliers is preferred
• Candidate should be proactive, motivated, eager to learn, able to work under stress, result-oriented, persevering, flexible, and able to improvise
• Strong analytical capabilities and effective communication/negotiation skills are required
• Candidate should have IPMA level C certification or be willing to certify
• Proficiency in written and spoken English is necessary.
