Tom's new adventure at Trinamics

Hi, I'm Tom, born and raised in the cozy town of Boxtel, but now firmly rooted in the bustling city of Eindhoven. My days are filled with a mix of work and pleasure, where I enjoy wandering around festivals with friends or hitting the town for a night out. But my true passion? It lies on the football field, where I can be found every Sunday, even though my football skills could use some improvement!

In early 2024, I felt it was time for a new challenge. Trinamics crossed my path via LinkedIn after a recruiter approached me. After three enthusiastic conversations, I was convinced: this was the place I wanted to be!

Within Trinamics, I've taken on the role of a recruiter. My days are spent scouting for talent, preparing for job interviews, and maintaining relationships with clients. It's a role that energizes me; talking to people all day is right up my alley!

Why Trinamics? The informal yet professional atmosphere immediately appealed to me. And the camaraderie here is top-notch. I really feel at home.

My first month was a rollercoaster of new impressions and experiences. Luckily, I was well-guided, which allowed me to quickly settle into the company.

What do I hope to learn in 2024? Well, mostly to further develop myself in my field. And secretly, I also hope to be able to grow into the role of consultant within Trinamics. That would be truly amazing!
