Who are you?
I am Dani Jankovic, 31 years old from Den Bosch. I've been back at Trinamics since November. I have been working in the temporary staffing industry since 2017, including 2.5 years at Trinamics. During that time, I worked as a Recruitment Consultant and later as a Key Account Manager. After a beautiful trip through Southeast Asia, I returned to Trinamics.

How did you end up at Trinamics?
My brother was the manager of the Breda office. He was no longer working at Trinamics at the time, but he introduced me to Philippe and Paul about 5 years ago. During my trip, I reconnected with Philippe. After a few conversations from Vietnam and Cambodia, where the internet was often not working, I returned to Trinamics in a different role since November.

What are your responsibilities within the organization?
As the Manager of Global Sourcing, I am responsible for the international recruiting and selection process and developing our international relationships. This mainly involves working with existing and new partners such as recruitment partners and universities. Once a good foundation is established, I would like to focus on recruitment events abroad.

How do you experience the position?
It is a new position, which gives me a lot of freedom to give it my own shape. It's a nice challenge to build something from the beginning. It is a solitary role, but I definitely notice that I work a lot with colleagues. Furthermore, I have already been abroad for some appointments and since I love to travel, this is a nice side effect of this role.

Why did you choose Trinamics?
I always enjoyed working at Trinamics in the past, and the people who work there are the most important reason for me. In addition, I also have the luck that the position matches my interests.

How did you like the first month?
The first month was mainly about research. It was nice to have a small reunion with colleagues I worked with in the past and to meet new colleagues. This has definitely worked out well for me!
