Our new Recruitment Consultant!

Who are you?
Hi! I'm Kim Houtepen, 21 years old and working at Trinamics since November. I'm from Prinsenbeek and in my free time, I play soccer for Beekvooruit in the Ladies 1 team and I like to go out with friends!

How did you end up at Trinamics?
In June, I graduated from the Technical Business Studies program and I was looking for a permanent job. Finding a suitable challenge was difficult until Anne (my current direct colleague) sent me a LinkedIn message. I called her and we clicked right away! The interviews that followed felt good, open, and personal, which was very important to me.

What are your job responsibilities within the organization?
I am working as a Recruitment Consultant within the Software and IT division. Every day I am searching for software top performers for our clients. I speak with interesting candidates daily and find out about their interests and skills. Additionally, I am actively approaching potential new clients that we could be of service to.

How do you experience the role?
The role is very varied and dynamic. Every day is different, which makes it very fun! I really enjoy speaking with different people and helping them with their new challenges. Furthermore, it's awesome to interact with big and medium-sized businesses!

Why did you choose Trinamics?
My first impression of Trinamics was very good. I had a nice conversation with Anne, Reinier, and Remco, and I was immediately excited about the job responsibilities and Trinamics itself! Trinamics has a young and ambitious team that wants to achieve success, and I am excited to be a part of that. Also, not unimportant, is the social aspect. A drink, event or game of table tennis from time to time is definitely included here.

How was your first month?
Last month I was able to learn a lot and I will continue to do so in the coming time. The onboarding process is well organized and I was not thrown in the deep end. With the good guidance and helpfulness of all colleagues, it will all go well. Through the Friday afternoon drinks, an outing, and social lunches, I have gotten to know my colleagues better and I am looking forward to all the fun moments together! It's a nice group of people, I can tell you.

What do you hope to learn in 2023
In 2023, I hope to further develop my skills as a recruitment consultant. Additionally, I hope to build beautiful relationships and expand the employee base!
