Kaylee's new adventure at Trinamics

I am Kaylee Romme, a lively 22-year-old who fills her days with a mix of work, sports, adventure, and music. I would love to tell you more about my new adventure at Trinamics. It all started after completing my bachelor's degree in Business Innovation in June 2023. After some well-deserved rest, I began my job search. Through LinkedIn, I was approached by someone from Trinamics, and although initially there seemed to be only opportunities in Eindhoven, I quickly discovered there was also an opening in Breda. Their focus on technology, something I had already encountered during my internship at Defense, greatly appealed to me. After several conversations, I immediately felt at home, and that's how I ended up at Trinamics.

Within Trinamics, I work as a recruiter in the Engineering & Operations division. My days are filled with reaching out to future mechanics, engineers, and other professionals. I talk to numerous people to understand what they are looking for in their work and collaborate closely with my colleagues to find the perfect match. In my first few weeks, I also learned a lot about the other divisions within Trinamics to get a complete picture of the organization.

The first few weeks were quite intense, as you can imagine from your first 'real' job. But soon enough, I settled in and began to find my rhythm. The fact that every day is different makes my work so fascinating. I am constantly challenged by my colleagues to bring out the best in myself, which I greatly appreciate. And the engagement and enthusiasm of my colleagues truly make the work atmosphere amazing.

Why did I choose Trinamics? Well, even during the first conversations, I felt extremely welcome. The enthusiasm and willingness to help each other immediately appealed to me. Moreover, Trinamics offers me the opportunity to combine my background as a business innovator with my work as a recruiter, which is a perfect match for me.

My first month at Trinamics was a rollercoaster of learning and discovery. I learned how to search for candidates, conduct interviews, and introduce them to potential employers. The onboarding process set up by Rutger helped me to quickly feel at home within Trinamics, and I learned a lot from my new colleagues.

And what do I hope to learn in 2024? Well, I look forward to learning more about Trinamics' clients by visiting their companies. I want to continue using my creative brain to develop innovative techniques for my work as a recruiter. It promises to be an exciting year!
