  1. Will working with a recruitment agency help you find a suitable job faster?

  2. Do recruitment agencies charge for their services?
    Fiction: As a candidate, you do not pay for the help we offer. We are happy to help you find the perfect job for free.

  3. Will you earn less when you work for a company through a recruitment agency?
    Fiction: When a candidate receives an offer from the employer and goes on contract, the candidate will be placed based on the current collective bargaining agreement or salary scale of the organization. This means that a candidate will earn the same as another employee with the same role and experience.

  4. Do recruitment agencies use personal information without permission?
    Fiction: At Trinamics, we handle the personal information of both clients and candidates with great care. We do not use personal information without permission. At Trinamics, we comply with laws and regulations. Furthermore, our employees are regularly trained on privacy!

 

For Clients

  1. You always have to pay a recruitment agency even if they can't fill the vacancy.
    Fiction: This is not the case with Trinamics, we work on a "no cure, no pay" basis. If we can't find a suitable candidate for the vacancy, then there are no costs involved.

  2. When hiring employees from outside the EU, the recruitment agency will handle all the concerns.
    Fact: This is not the case with every recruitment agency, but at Trinamics we take care of all concerns. If you are considering hiring employees from outside the EU, but do not have the status of an approved reference, you can use our services.

    Because Trinamics already has this status, our clients do not have to deal with the IND reference and all related administration and responsibilities. Because of this recognition, we are a reliable partner for the IND and can lend staff to your organization. Moreover, Trinamics has a wealth of experience and knowledge when it comes to compliance with immigration and labor laws. We take care of all formalities, such as obtaining work and residence permits and arrange for a valid BSN. Thus you have no concerns about the legal status of your international staff.

  3. Is a recruitment agency no longer involved once an employee is hired?
    Fiction: At Trinamics, we remain closely involved throughout the duration of the contract. After the first day or week of work, there is room for a short evaluation, in which we would like to hear how the first days of the professional at the organization have been. In the period afterwards, there are several regular evaluation moments, depending on the level and weight of the role. As a rule, we visit the client after one month and discuss the progress. The evaluation moments in the following months are personally coordinated with the professional and client.

  4. A recruitment agency always wants exclusive rights before they help you.
    Fiction: Trinamics of course prefers to align terms with clients in advance, but doesn't ask for exclusivity to start working with a client. We like to search specifically for our clients, but we also recruit generally interesting profiles in the job market. The more intense the relationship is, the more comprehensive and intense the recruitment will be, because we have a better understanding of the challenges and complexities of our clients.
