lynn recruitment consultant

We are pleased to give the floor to our newest addition, Lynn de Haan, a Recruitment Consultant in the Maintenance division.

Who are you?
I am Lynn de Haan, 32 years old, born and raised in Apeldoorn but currently living in Veen with my partner. After working as a planner for a long time, I was ready for a change and something new. I wanted to be challenged and stimulated, so I delved into the recruitment field and decided to make a switch, which has been working out great for me so far!

How did you come to Trinamics?
A good friend of mine, Anne, has been working at Trinamics for 4 years. She explained to me all the ins and outs of the field and was also very enthusiastic about Trinamics as a company. When I felt the same way, she made sure that I got an interview!

What are your responsibilities within the organization?
I work as a recruitment consultant. In addition to recruitment, I am also responsible for recruiting clients. My job is to connect these two sides to each other, but also to connect them to Trinamics.

How do you find the role?
So far, I am learning a lot, it is fun to discover the field and explore the technical markets that come with it. It is a very social role in which you interact with many people. I am very active and juggling many tasks. This makes it very dynamic.

Why did you choose Trinamics?
I chose Trinamics because they specialize in the technical market, which I have always worked in as a planner. In addition, the social aspect of Trinamics appeals to me, it's a young, motivated group of people who help each other out as one team. Often you hear that recruiters don't wish each other well and only go for their own gain.

Also, the fun atmosphere among the staff is a big plus for Trinamics. A joke, a drink, a sports event, a trip, all very pleasant and well-organized.

How did the first month go?
The first month for me was mostly getting to know the field. What does recruitment involve? What is expected of you as a consultant? How do you go about your work exactly? Ultimately, this all became clear in the first month and I now have the right tools to develop myself further.

So, I can say that it's going well, both in terms of the tasks and the atmosphere in the office and among the staff.

What do you hope to learn in 2023?
I hope to get to know the market even better and ultimately develop my skills as a recruitment consultant.
