We are looking for the best and brightest minds in support engineering to join our team within our Office and Technology Services Department. The experience and future opportunities will include IT-related trouble shooting as well as imaging and distributing of personal computers. Besides, you will be also supporting employee services such as printers and phones.
As a member of the global team, you are asked to deliver the following:
There is no set route to become a Senior Support Engineer at our client. But to be successful in this role, this is the kind of profile we have in mind:
§ Experience with Active Directory;
§ Experience in supporting Linux OS (Required);
§ Experience in supporting Mac OS;
§ Experience in supporting Windows OS;
§ Being stress resistant;
§ Experience in working in an international environment;
§ At least 5 years of working experience.
