Functieomschrijving

As Marketing Programs Account Manager, you are the contact for sales agencies, dealers and customers in Central and Eastern Europe regarding the various marketing programs such as e-commerce, lead generation programs and dealer sales tools.

 It is your goal to connect dealers and (fleet) customers to these programs and to provide them with training and support for all users of these programs (on location). You are responsible for continuously increasing the success of these programs. and achieving the corresponding targets. For example, you can think of increasing the number of transactions, the number of active users, the number of leads, sales, etc. You support the Marketing Programs Implementation Manager in developing and optimizing the programs based on the feedback you receive from the market. Furthermore, you will analyze and report the results and sales opportunities within these programs and provide them with management, dealers and users on a regular basis.

Eisen

Education

You have a completed and relevant Bachelor degree diploma.

Experience

  • You have at least 5 years of work experience in a complex and multidisciplinary environment preferably in the automotive after-market for parts.
  • You have gained this experience in an external service function and you preferably have knowledge of and experience with online systems, programs and websites.
  • You have the social skills to communicate and operate at all levels of organization. You are result-oriented and accustomed to working with goals, self-starting, proactive and you get people on the move based on consultative selling and your natural conviction.
  • You speak and write fluently Dutch and English, and preferably you speak one or more foreign languages.
  • Furthermore, you are willing to travel about 50% of your time in Central and Eastern Europe.
